These terms apply to the MoodSnug website and app, operated by Wombat d.o.o. (“we”). By using MoodSnug, you agree to these terms.

The website and app

The website introduces MoodSnug and lets you contact us. Requesting an invitation does not guarantee access or a launch date.

The app is a private mood journal, with optional ways to share with people you choose. Features may vary by version and availability. MoodSnug is for personal reflection and connection; it does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not an emergency service.

We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law, the service is provided “as is”.

Your account

To use the app, complete the sign-in process offered there. Keep your device and sign-in account secure. You are responsible for your use of the account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or meet a higher minimum age if required by the law in your country.

Respectful use

• Do not harass, impersonate or harm other people.
• Do not disrupt the service or access another person’s account or data without permission.
• Use the service in accordance with applicable law.

Purchases and subscriptions

Where paid features are available, their price and conditions are shown before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions are managed through the app store.

You can cancel renewal in your store’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the store’s rules and any rights you have under applicable law.

Leaving MoodSnug

You can stop using MoodSnug and request account deletion at any time. Deleting an account does not cancel an app-store subscription; cancel renewal separately in the store.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website. Where permitted by applicable law, continuing to use MoodSnug after the changes take effect means you accept them. We will obtain consent where the law requires it.
