Delete your MoodSnug account

You can request permanent account deletion in the app or by contacting us.

From the app

Open your profile, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you cannot use that address, tell us so we can help verify ownership. Never send us a password or sign-in code.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers your MoodSnug account, profile, connections and discoverability records. You will no longer be able to sign in to that account.

Records that must be retained by law, and information held independently by app stores or other providers, may follow different retention rules. See our Privacy Policy for more information, or contact us about a specific record.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel renewal in the store where you subscribed to stop future charges. For Google Play, open subscription settings. Refunds follow the store’s rules and your rights under applicable law.
